Automation Rates and Intelligent Mail Barcode

Automation rates are the best possible rates you can get from the Post Office. You get the lowest postage rate when you mail to every home in a certain area, also known as a Saturation or "Walk-sequnce" mailing.

The postage rates can be as low as $0.155 per piece! That's almost half the standard bulk mail rate of $0.281 each.

You get these great postage rates by mailing to a concentrated area and by working with

Every other company, except, has to send magnet mailers out at non-automation rates, which means you have to pay 3 to 4 cents more per piece for delivery, which really adds up on larger mailings.

We are also the ONLY company that can offer IMB or "Intelligent mail barcodes" on magnet mailers.

How does mail tracking work?

When using the Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) on your bulk mail, you can
embed certain codes and serial numbers that tell the USPS sorting machines
to provide tracking information.

We can tell you what codes and serial numbers to embed in your IMB's. When
the scan information for each mail piece comes back to us, we will process
that information and provide you clear and useful tracking results.
What exactly is the Intelligent Mail Barcode?
The Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) is a specific type of barcode that
contains various types of information for bulk mail. It contains the
delivery address information, but its main feature is that it also contains
a lot of extra information about your mailing. In the IMB is information
about the sort category, the services being requested, an identifier for the
mailer, a serial number that uniquely identifies each mail piece and the
delivery address represented by a string of digits.

The Post Office uses these barcodes to automate the sorting of the mail. The
sorting machines that read the barcode are also able to feed information
back to the mailer about the mail piece.

How can you predict when my mail will hit mail boxes?

The USPS publishes delivery service standards that include the number of
days they expect they will take to deliver each class of mail between each
and every ZIP code throughout the United States.

While the Post Office doesn't always uphold their own service standards,
they will help give you a good idea of when your pieces will be delivered.
Then, by tracking your mail you can get a clear and accurate idea of when
your mail will hit in the future.

All of these features for just $0.02 per piece!!

All of your stats will be available for you to view online on a webpage created just for your campaign?

We can also link your direct mail campaign back to your website by partnering with Google for a small additional cost.

Here's How it Works

Direct Mail 2.0® operates on 4-step process, where regular direct mail only operates on one. It is not a suite of services, but a seamlessly integrated system that maximizes your marketing impact. Instead of just sending out postcards, Direct Mail 2.0® consists of Postcards, Mail Tracking, Google Remarketing, and Call Tracking. Here's how it all fits together:
Step 2: Postcards Are TrackedStep 1: Postcards Are Mailed
1. Postcards are mailed to your target market.
Postcards are a tried and true marketing medium that produces results by delivering your artfully designed and clearly written message right to your prospect's mailbox.
2. Your postcards are tracked with cutting edge barcode technology.
Using a system we designed ourselves, we track the mailing process of your order. This allows you to know exactly when your cards are due to arrive in prospects' mailboxes. This helps you plan for the influx of new customers.
Step 3: Auto Follow up
3. Your new leads are funneled into an automatic follow-up system.
Google Remarketing is an online follow-up tool that enables your text and banner ads to follow prospects around the internet once they leave your site. So if leads don't take the desired action (fill out a form, buy, etc) on your website the first time, you stay in touch. No leads left behind.
Step 4: Continuous Improvement
4. You have the tools you need to keep improving your response.
We use a unique phone number to track the number of calls your mailing generates. You can use this data to gauge the effectiveness of different strategies and marketing messages. It also records calls so you can check for quality in your lead reception and sales processes.
