If I order magnet mailers can you just address the pieces and ship them back to me for mailing?

  • Yes, we can address, sort and tray your order, and prepare the necessary postal paperwork (such as the 3602), and then send everything back to you so you can take it to your local Post Office for mailing.
  • Even though the Post Office is one nationwide organization each Post Office can interpret the postal regulations differently. Magnet mailers have been approved for mailing by the USPS but not every post office is aware of that and some locations try and charge additional surcharges or refuse the mailing. For this reason we recommend that you request some free samples and take them to the Post Office for pre-approval before producing your job.
